What I do and who I work with:

I coach committed athletes to actualize their potential through training that fits both their goals and their life.

I work with beginner, intermediate, and advanced runners competing in endurance running events ranging from the mile to the marathon. Athletes come to me for expertise, accountability, and support in the pursuit of their goals.

My coaching philosophy:

  • 👂 Listen more than I speak.

  • ⚖️ Help athletes balance running with the other priorities in their life.

  • 📈 Consistency is the foundation for fast, healthy running. My background as a physical therapist shapes my coaching—I place a high value on keeping athletes healthy and durable so their training can be consistent.

  • 🧪 No one approach works for everyone—let’s find the best recipe for each athlete.

  • 🚗 Coaching is a partnership: I picture the athlete in the driver’s seat, with me as the well-traveled passenger. I help them know which turn to take, whether to speed up or slow down, or how to proceed if a dashboard warning light appears.

  • ⛰️ Ups and downs are part of the journey; oftentimes you have to experience the valleys to enjoy the peaks.

  • 🏋️ Train to be a better athlete and you will become a better runner. To do this, you have to do more than just run.

  • ⏱️ Measure success with more than just the clock.

How it works:

💻 All of my 1-on-1 coaching relationships are remote, and we communicate regularly through Final Surge, phone calls, and/or text.

🗓️ I build out training schedules 1–2 weeks at a time so the work we’re doing can gradually build upon itself in a sustainable way.

⚡ This approach also allows us to easily make adjustments based on what’s going on in your life and how you’re responding to the workload.

Availability, commitment, and rates:

👥 I keep my roster limited to about 20–25 athletes throughout the year so I can give each person the time, attention, and care they deserve. At this time I’m at capacity, but you’re welcome to add your name to the waitlist HERE and I’ll reach out if a spot opens.

🤝 There’s no minimum commitment—the length of our work together is something we determine over time. Many of my athletes have stayed with me for several years.

💵 My monthly coaching fee is $275.
